CITY CABS AND RADIO CABS WORKING TOGETHER FOR THE “STUDENT UNION”

A new partnership between 205 205 and 20 40 60 has been formed to secure value for money and safe travel for all students across Brighton and Hove for the future.
Combined, we now have a fleet of over 450 taxis including wheelchair facility and multiseater vehicles. All taxi drivers are CRB checked and fully licensed.
By working together we can ensure that all the travelling needs of students at Sussex University and Brighton University are met and we will provide a range of discounts which include ‘fare deals’ to and from the City Centre.

If there are more than 4 people travelling, each additional passenger will be charged £1
Our taxi call centres operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Services such as “Call back” and “Text back”are available whereby the driver can call or text your mobile to alert you when they have arrived.
Radio Cabs and City Cabs are extremely proud of their association with both Universities. We pride ourselves on welcoming all students to the City and work very hard to meet their expectations by ensuring they feel welcome, safe and secure.
A “safe haven scheme” at Buddies Restaurant on Brighton seafront which is open 24 hours a day, was launched last year for all students. Any student who feels threatened or concerned for their well being whilst out in the City can go to Buddies where they will be looked after and safely returned home.
